At VMDJ Foundation for Public Health, we recognize that women and children are the cornerstones of any healthy society. Our holistic programs focus on their physical, mental, emotional, and reproductive well-being — with an emphasis on education, prevention, and empowerment.

  1. Maternal & Child Health

    • Antenatal & postnatal care awareness camps

    • Nutrition and immunization drives

    • Growth monitoring and anemia screening

    • Breastfeeding support and mother-child bonding sessions

  2. Prevention of Women Abuse & Gender-Based Violence

    • Awareness sessions on domestic violence, child sexual abuse, and workplace harassment

    • Legal literacy workshops and helpline referrals

    • Support groups and mental health counseling for survivors

    • Men & boys engagement to promote gender equity

  3. Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE)

    • Age-appropriate, rights-based sex education modules for schools and colleges

    • Training of teachers and peer educators

    • Addressing myths, consent, safe relationships, contraception, and body autonomy

    • Emphasis on respect, inclusivity, and safety in all relationships

  4. Adolescent Health & Life Skills

    • Menstrual hygiene and reproductive health education

    • Body image, peer pressure, and emotional well-being workshops

    • STI/HIV awareness and safe sex practices

    • Building confidence, self-esteem, and decision-making skills
